Shaw & Co has assisted Premier Employment Solutions in securing a transformative investment from Chiltern Capital. Founded in 2001 as a human resource consultancy, PES transitioned to an online service provider around 2010 and now specialises in supporting smaller and medium size businesses efficiently and effectively deliver a broad package of employee benefits.

The investment secured by Shaw & Co will to allow the business to continue to develop its online employee benefit portal and service offering.

The deal was led by Nathan Morgan, Director at Shaw & Co.
