Book a meetingStep 1
The first step is a discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about your business and your requirements, to discover if we can help you, and whether we are a good fit for each other.
Step 2
Before we can make the right recommendation, we will require further information about your business. An information request will be sent to you. This will be accompanied by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to assure you of confidentiality.
Step 3
Having reviewed your business information, we’ll arrange a meeting with the most relevant experts in our corporate finance team to discuss your requirements and explain how we are able to help.
Step 4
Next, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal setting out your requirements, how we can support you in achieving your goals, our credentials, capability and fees.
Step 5
If our proposal meets your requirements, we’ll issue an engagement letter setting out our full terms and conditions. We will conduct “know your client” and anti-money laundering checks in line with our regulatory obligations.
Step 6
Each project we deliver is unique. Careful project planning ensures all parties are aware of commitments and deliverables. We will work alongside you and your business requirements to ensure you receive the highest levels of service.
Step 7
Following the delivery of our corporate finance services, we will issue our client feedback survey to ensure we maintain our high levels of service excellence. We actively welcome feedback and opportunities to improve.
We can help you develop your exit strategy, value your business, find a buyer and do a deal that extracts maximum value.
