Shaw & Co are delighted to have advised Care Visions Group on a transformational debt facility from Triple Point that will enable the ongoing expansion of residential care facilities for young and vulnerable persons and further investment into the delivery of market-leading non-pharmacological dementia programs.

With over 30 locations, Care Visions Group is the largest provider of fostering and residential children services in Scotland. For over seven years, the Group has invested into a substantial research program to develop a ground-breaking spectrum of therapies for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Colin Burns, Director, Shaw & Co, who led the deal on behalf of Care Visions, said: “We have worked very closely with Mike Reid and Angus Ross of Care Visions to arrange the most suitable and flexible funding for the business."

"
We have been delighted to play a small part in helping Care Visions expand yet further its very meaningful social impact. We are grateful to the team at Triple Point for their flexible approach throughout this transaction and we look forward to working with them in the future."

The facility provided by Triple Point will allow us to strengthen our traditional young people services and to invest further in the delivery of maximised wellness for old age living, regardless of mental health and other medical requirements. The flexible approach taken by Triple Point, and their commitment to extending this support, augurs well for the future development of our children’s services and accelerated roll-out of our innovative care model for old age and dementia in the UK.”

Chris Lake, Director at Triple Point, commented: “Care Visions has gained a strong reputation in the industry through its work with young people and is now looking to roll-out its innovative model for dementia care in the UK. We are delighted to be supporting the business with its plans of strengthening its residential care offering and look forward to working more closely in the future.”
